First, the timing (please read before you order)

Every Ishira piece is made to order in the metal and size you choose. Made to order · ships in about 2–4 weeks, plus delivery time, so please order early. We can't promise a specific delivery date. If you need a gift by Dhanteras or Diwali, please contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

If it can't arrive in time, a piece that arrives a little after the festival still makes a lovely gift for the wedding season that follows, or for an anniversary or birthday later in the year.

Why a lab-grown diamond for a festive gift?

• A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond. It is carbon crystallized in a laboratory instead of mined, with the same hardness and sparkle as a mined diamond. We always describe our stones as lab-grown.
• More sparkle for your budget. Lab-grown diamonds usually cost less than mined diamonds of a similar size and quality, so a gift can have more sparkle within the same budget.
• Solid gold, your choice of color. Our pieces are made in solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, in yellow, white or rose.

Will my order arrive before Diwali?

We can't promise a delivery date. Each piece is made to order and ships in about 2–4 weeks, plus transit, so order early. If you need it by a certain day, contact us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, grown in a laboratory rather than mined. We always label them as lab-grown.

Does the mangalsutra come with a chain?

No. Our mangalsutra pendants are sold as the pendant only. Contact us if you would like a chain.

What if I don't know her ring size?

Earrings and pendants avoid the problem. For a ring, use our ring size guide with a ring she already wears on the same finger. Rings are made in US sizes 4–12, including half sizes, and our resizing policy includes one free resize within 60 days of delivery (you pay insured shipping both ways; some designs, such as eternity bands, can't be resized).

Can I get a natural diamond instead?
