Ring Resizing

A ring should feel made for you, because it was. If your Ishira ring doesn't fit, we'll resize it once, free of charge.

Your complimentary resize

  • One free resize per ring within 60 days of delivery.
  • Up to 2 full sizes up or down from the size you ordered. Larger changes may mean remaking the ring; we'll send you a quote first.
  • Our workshop labor, and any gold added to size the ring up, are included.
  • We clean and polish your ring before it comes back to you.

More resizes, or resizes after the free period, are available at a fair price. We always quote before we begin.

Shipping

Our resizing labor is on us. We keep our prices close to our cost, so we ask our customers to cover insured shipping both ways. That keeps the price of every Ishira piece honest.

  • Please send your ring with a tracked, fully insured service for its full value.
  • We return it to you the same way, fully insured, and let you know the shipping cost before your ring leaves our workshop.
  • Ishira isn't responsible for rings lost or damaged on their way to us.

How to request your resize

  • Email us at info@ishirajewelry.com or call (844) 474-4725 (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm Central) with your order number and the size you need. If you're unsure of your size, our ring size guide can help, or a local jeweler can measure your finger.
  • We'll reply with a Resize Authorization number, instructions and our shipping address.
  • Send the ring to us in its original box.

Turnaround

Resizing takes about 1–2 weeks in our workshop, plus shipping time each way. We'll email you when your ring is on its way back.

Rings that can't be resized

Some designs can't be resized without putting the setting or the diamonds at risk:

  • Eternity bands, including full and three-quarter eternity styles, and other rings with diamonds set past the halfway point of the band;
  • Tension settings;
  • Channel-set (and invisible-set) designs.

If your ring can't be resized, we'll gladly quote a remake in the right size. If you're still within the 30-day return window, you can also return it under our Returns policy.

Good to know

  • A resized ring becomes final sale and can no longer be returned. If you aren't sure you'll keep the ring, please ask about a return before requesting a resize.
  • Please don't let another jeweler resize, repair or alter your Ishira piece. Work by another jeweler ends our warranty and makes the piece non-returnable.
  • Rings are made in sizes 4–12, including half sizes. For other sizes, contact us after you order.
