Shipping policy
Made to order, just for you
Every Ishira piece is made to order in the metal and size you choose. Made to order · ships in about 2–4 weeks. We'll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking.
Delivery time is the 2–4 weeks we need to make your piece, plus transit time. We can't promise a specific delivery date. If you need your piece by a certain day, contact us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Shipping cost
- Free express shipping on orders of $1,000 or more.
- Orders under $1,000: a flat $50 express shipping fee.
- Express transit time is usually 1–2 business days after your piece ships.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Insured and secure
- Every order is shipped fully insured with tracking until it's delivered.
- A signature is required on delivery. Please make sure someone can receive the package, or arrange pickup with the carrier.
- Your piece arrives in a jewelry box, carefully wrapped and shipped in a FedEx or UPS box.
- Please check your address carefully at checkout. Once your piece has shipped, we can't change the address.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
- Delayed or missing package: contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our insurer on your behalf.
Sales tax
Any sales tax due is shown at checkout.
