Clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush. Remove before swimming, gym or cleaning. Store pieces separately so diamonds do not scratch other jewelry.

- Are these real diamonds?
- Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemistry and hardness as mined diamonds; they are grown in a lab instead of mined.
- Is it certified?
- This piece's diamonds are under 1.00 ct, so they are not individually certified.
- What ring sizes can I order?
- Sizes 4–12, including half sizes. For another size, contact us after you order.
- What is your return policy?
- You can return most Ishira pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, including made-to-order and Design Your Own rings. The piece needs to be unworn and sent back in its box with its diamond certificate. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked, insured service. - Do you offer free resizing?
- Yes. Each Ishira ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, up to two sizes up or down. Our workshop labor is free. Because we keep our prices close to our cost, we ask you to cover insured shipping both ways. Resizing takes about 1–2 weeks plus shipping. Eternity, tension and channel-set rings can't be resized, and a resized ring becomes final sale. Email info@ishirajewelry.com or call (844) 474-4725 to start.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes. Every Ishira piece has a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day it's delivered. If a problem comes from how the piece was made, such as a stone that wasn't set correctly or a faulty clasp, we'll repair or replace it for free. In the first 30 days we pay insured shipping both ways. After that, you send the piece to us and we pay to ship it back. Normal wear, accidents, lost stones from a knock, loss or theft, and work by other jewelers aren't covered. Rhodium re-plating, polishing and wear repairs are available as paid care services at any time.
- Can I pay over time?
- Yes, with Affirm at checkout, subject to approval.

- Express shipping is free on orders over $1,000. Orders under $1,000 have a $50 express rate.
